From the home page

Access the registration section by clicking on the icon at the top right of the web page, next to the shopping cart. Click on the word “Register” and enter your e-mail address and password. To complete the process, simply click on the “Login” button at the bottom of the page.

You also have the option to finalise the registration by linking your Facebook, Google+, Twitter or Instagram accounts.

From the checkout process

Go to the products section of the main menu and click on the name of the product you are interested in. Then select the number of units you want to buy and add them to the shopping cart.

On the right-hand side of the web page a tab will open from which you can carry out the following actions: access the shopping cart or finalise the purchase. Click on “checkout” and fill in the form with your personal details.

Check the box below “Create account?” and enter a password. Finally, complete the purchase process. Once your order has been processed, you will have successfully registered at the same time.

Access the registration section by clicking on the icon at the top right of the website, next to the shopping cart. Click on the word “forgot your details?” in the “password” field.

Enter your e-mail address again and click on “Reset password”. You will immediately receive an e-mail with your new password.

Access the user access section by clicking on the icon at the top right of the website, next to the shopping cart. Enter your e-mail address and password and click on the “Login” button.

Immediately click again on the top icon and select “account options” from the drop-down menu. You will access your personal menu from which you can change your personal data, delivery addresses and password.

Proceso de compra

Go to the products section of the main menu and click on the name of the product you are interested in. Then select the number of units you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart.

On the right-hand side of the web page a tab will open from which you can carry out the following actions: access the shopping cart or complete the purchase. If you are interested in continuing shopping, close the side tab and continue with your purchase.

If you want to remove or add a product to the shopping cart, click on “view shopping” and make the appropriate modifications. Then click on the “update purchase” button and your shopping basket will be updated.

If you have modified any product in your shopping basket and you want to finalise the order, all you have to do is fill in the sections at the bottom of the web page: discount coupon, select country, town and province, shipping costs and click on the “Finalise purchase” button.

You will then be directed to the final page of the purchase process. If you are already registered, click on the highlighted phrase on the left “Click here to log in” and enter your e-mail address and password. If you have not yet registered, fill in the form below and click on “Create account”. Then select the payment method from the right-hand side menu, accept the terms and conditions and complete the purchase.

If you have selected “credit card” as your payment method, you will be redirected to the bank’s payment gateway to enter your card details. If you have selected “bank transfer” as your payment method, you will receive an e-mail with the account number where you will have to pay the total amount of your order.

Once you have selected the products you are interested in, a tab on the right-hand side will open from which you can finalise your purchase. Click on the “Checkout” button and you will be automatically redirected to the final page of the process.

If you have not yet registered, fill in the form below and click on “Create account”. Then select the payment method from the right-hand side menu, accept the terms and conditions and complete the purchase.

If you have selected “bank transfer” as payment method, you will receive an e-mail with the account number where you will have to pay the amount of your order.

Cupones de descuento

If you have a discount coupon and want to redeem it, just click on the phrase “Do you have a coupon? enter your code here” that you will find on the last page of the checkout process.

You can also redeem your discount coupon from the shopping cart. To do so, look for the specific field at the bottom of the shopping cart. Coupons can be redeemed for products that are already on sale.

¿Quiere hacer un regalo?

If you want to buy the products, but you are interested in having the package delivered to a different address than yours, before finalising the purchase you must select the box “Send to a different address” and fill in the form with the new delivery address.

If you want your package to be delivered as a gift, select the “Send as a gift” tab at the bottom of the new form. If you would also like to add a short dedication, please fill in the “Card dedication” field. The card will be included in the package.

*Why don’t we ship to the Canary Islands?

There are several reasons why we do not ship to the Canary Islands:

      • Longer shipping transits. Transit cannot be guaranteed due to the customs procedures involved in shipping.
      • Much higher shipping costs than on the mainland as courier companies have to combine several types of transport to get to the Canary Islands.
      • Customs formalities. Customs taxes that make shipping much more expensive, as it is considered an export.

Shipping costs are free for orders over 60€.

If you have selected “Bank transfer” as your payment method, you will receive an e-mail with the account number where you must pay the total amount of your order. Your order will be processed automatically as soon as you send us the proof of payment to the following e-mail address: jabones@jabonesbeltran.com

If you do not send proof of payment, your order will be processed once we see the payment in our bank accounts. Please note that this may delay delivery a little longer.

Please check your mobile phone, it is likely that, if you have contracted the secure payment service, your bank will send you a code by sms.

Seguimiento estado del pedido

Once your order has been completed and shipped, the transport agency will contact you by sms so that you can track your order.

Incidencias

In order to process any incident related to your order, you must contact the company by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

In the event that the product received is damaged or wrong, it is necessary to attach photographs.
